Benefits.

Our 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty will cover your watch against manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery, and will come into full effect when it is activated electronically by an official Aethia retailer. This information can also be found correctly dated, completed and stamped by the retailer at the back of your warranty certificate.

By presenting a valid warranty card during the warranty period, you will be entitled to have any defects repaired free of charge, a replacement or a full refund. In the event that repairs cannot retore the normal operating condition of your watch, Aethia Watch Company guarantees its replacement by a genuine Aethia watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends thirty six (36) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.

Limitations.

All genuine Aethia watches, purchased from our official website or from an authorized Aethia retailer, should only be serviced at an authorized Aethia Service Center to standards and specifications set forth by Aethia Watch Company during the duration of the 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty.

These terms and conditions apply to all new and certified pre-owned watches. Aethia watches that have been purchased from unathorized relatilers and serviced by unqualified third parties during the warranty period, may be subject to modifications and alterations beyond the control of Aethia Watch Company.

What's covered?

Our 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty will cover all the internal components of your watch including: movement, dial, markers, hands, crown and water resistance, against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects. This limited warranty however does not cover the following:

Alterations to watch crystal, watch case, metal bracelets or straps.

Any normal signs of use, wear and tear and aging, such as scratches on the watch crystal, scratches on the watch case, changes in color and texture of the material used in non-metallic straps such as leather, textile, rubber and peeling of the plating.

Any damage caused to any part of the watch as a result of abnormal and abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents such as deep scratches, dents, crushing, broken watch crystal, etc.

Defects caused by having the watch handled by unauthorized third parties (e.g. for services or repairs) or altered from its original condition beyond the control of Aethia Watch Company USA.

Incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use of the operating instructions provided by Aethia Watch Company USA, causing indirect or consequential damages to the watch's internal components.

getting service for your watch.

In cases where your watch needs to be serviced, we recommend that you contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Carefully wrap your watch and send it to an authorized Aethia Service Center for a thorough inspection of all its essential functions.

The product owner will be responsible for covering the expenses of shipping the watch to and from us. Service evaluation and return shipping costs will be determined when we receive the watch. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box Addresses. If your watch is not covered under the Aethia 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty, you will be charged for the repair cost. Each repair is covered by a one year warranty and will apply to repairs only. Prices do not include sales tax.
